Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, from our US warehouse.

Shipping costs

• Subscriptions: free shipping on every order, including renewals.
• One-time purchases: $4.90 flat rate.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Subscription renewals

Renewal orders are charged on your billing date and ship within 1–2 business days after that.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@pawce.shop as soon as possible. We can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email support@pawce.shop with your order number and we'll make it right.
