30-day first-kit money-back guarantee

You can try your first Fresh Home Kit for 30 days after delivery, even if opened. To request a return, email support@pawce.shop within that period with your order number.

Returning your device

Contact us before sending the device back so we can provide return instructions and the return address. You pay the return-shipping cost. We refund the first kit after receiving the returned device.

Refill orders and product issues

The first-kit guarantee does not automatically extend to refill-only orders. For help with a refill order, a damaged item or an incorrect delivery, contact support@pawce.shop.

This guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
