Refund policy
60-Day Glow Guarantee
Try Pawce for up to 60 days from the date your first order is delivered. If you're not happy with it for any reason, email support@pawce.shop within those 60 days and we'll refund the product cost of your first order, even if the box is open. You don't need to send the product back.
- The guarantee applies to your first order, whether it's a subscription or a one-time purchase.
- It applies once per customer.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees on one-time orders are not refundable.
- Subscribers: cancel before your next billing date so you aren't charged for the next order. Renewal orders are not covered by the guarantee.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email support@pawce.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
How to request a refund
Email support@pawce.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We reply within 1–2 business days.
