The Fresh Plan

The Fresh Home Kit with the refill plan costs $59 USD for your first order. It includes the Pawce device and three refill scents. After that, the Discovery Refill Trio costs $24.99 USD every month. Your device ships only with the first order.

A refill-only subscription costs $24.99 USD per trio and renews monthly. Subscriptions renew and charge automatically until canceled. Shipping is free to the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and Canada. Any applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment.

Manage or cancel

Use the management link in your subscription confirmation email, or contact support@pawce.shop before your next renewal for cancellation assistance. Your next billing date appears in your subscription information.

To request a skipped delivery, pause or another subscription change, email support@pawce.shop before your next renewal. You can also open your customer panel from the management link in your subscription confirmation email.

Canceling future renewals and returning an order already processed are separate actions. See our return policy.
